Who is Random Play?
Cesar De Sousa
Cesar was born in Portugal and raised in Canada. He began playing trumpet at the age of 5 but being a natural rhythm player, trumpet alone wasn't enough and he took up the drums. Numerous opportunities to Jam with a variety of musicians led Cesar to Humber as part of their Jazz ensemble. His drumming took shape with artists including Mark Herrington, and even Maestro Fresh Wes (now know as Maestro) who referred to him as "The Funky Drummer". We assume that's a reference to his playing style. :)
